Location was excellent for my needs as the job I was in Tonga to do was only 200 m from the hotel but for some guests it may be a bit far out of town.

The staff are fantastic and it’s all very clean. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is excellent and even more useful on a Sunday when the whole island is shut. It gets mad busy then. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels every day if you want them. A great stay we loved it

Mystic Sands apresenta uma piscina exterior, jardim, uma área de praia privada e terraço em Utungake. This property is very comfortable, relaxing, and quiet. The staff, Peta and Mau, were very helpful and accommodating with transportation to town for shopping and dinner. The owner, Kjell, was fantastic. We enjoyed conversation and learning about the culture of Tonga. Breakfast was wonderful. We loved sitting on the deck for breakfast. The reef was just off the boat dock. It is a beautiful, healthy reef with many species of fish and coral. The bay was perfect for kayaking. Thank you to Mystic Sands for a wonderful stay.
