Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Everything was great. The staff were very helpful and responsive. They all had a smile on their face and spoke good English Special thanks to FaizuAllah who served us with love and sincerity. The manager with blue eyes ( cannot remember his name ) was so informative. He answered all our inquiries and gave us good recommendations on where to dine and how to move around. My family loved the hotel. It is very suitable for families with children as we booked a suite of two rooms (one for us and one for our three children) and were able to stay together in one place. We planned our trip to stay 3 nights at Fatih area and then move to around Taksim. But after staying here, we decided next time we will spend all our time in Istanbul in this hotel. The location is unbeatable. It is close to all transportation and historical locations. We tried other hotels previously but nowhere can be that central and close to all attractions. Thank you so much for the complimentary breakfast in your other hotel, and for the complimentary limousine drive to our next destination. I really recommend this place.

You can see the mosque from the restaurant where you have breakfast and from the rooftop balcony. Also, it is perfect for a short walk as you can go out to the scenic plaza in a few minutes from the hotel. My old parents really enjoyed to take a walk during we went shopping and Spa. You can also walk to the Blue Mosque and the Palace. The hotel was clean, the amount of water in the shower was large and comfortable, and the staff were very kind, and they kindly gave me advice such as booking a sauna and choosing a restaurant, so I was very satisfied. I will book this hotel when I come back to Istanbul again

So far, an excellent stay of our trip in Turkey! strategic location near bus and train station, linked us to many interesting historical sites. Great hosts that made us feel at home, experiencing a healthy Turkish breakfast and beyond just a usual hotel we ever travelled! Good position, nice view from the room, friendly staff especially HAN

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. It is unique and beautiful, and you will be staying with the best people. As soon as I checked in, I felt like I was part of the family. I was traveling alone and hotel staff made me feel welcome, safe, and excited to explore. It felt great to be able to get advice and help whenever I needed it. The breakfast is beyond amazing, and the pool and patio area are perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. My room was also beautiful, comfortable, and private. This hotel is a true gem.

Everything was excellent. Staff is very attentive and kind. Every my request was satisfied. The chief mr. Ozcan is great, tries to pay his attention to every guest. Lovely place with its own atmosphere far away from Turunc noize. Hotel has its own beach in a bay, and not many people hang around from the town. The hotel is devided in two parts: upper and down. So villas are separated from common zone at the pool and beach. Also a view from villas is great to tge see, mountains and the town. Between villas and the beach buggy moves so there is fast connection between both parts of the hotel.

we loved everything! all the staff were lovely, always willing to help, our room with the ballon was very original and we loved it also the bathroom with the hot tube was very nice, good location, close to most of the places. We would come back with no doubt!! Thank you for everything ❤️

This hotel is excellent: in a great location close to Galata tower and transport options (metro Sishane). The rooms are clean, modern and well furnished. If you can, pay a bit extra for the top floor rooms with a terrace: the view of the Golden Horn and the mosques is out of this world and even better than on the photos provided on this site. This would deserve a 10 rating in itself but what made this hotel truly exceptional is the personal service by the owner and its team. Thank you very much for taking such good care!

We loved everything. The brothers who own/run the place Sami and Bahti (spelling??) were so helpful and friendly. The wonderful cook (forgot her name, sorry) made amazing breakfasts daily, on demand and with a smile. Nothing was too much. The brothers helped with planning top things to see. The hot air balloon is a must and was arranged quickly by Sami. When we got lost due to road works, we called Sami, who spoke good English and talked us through. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower good. Urgup was a good location. The town is cute and walkable. If you have a car everything is easy. We had a wonderful balcony from which we could see the balloons each morning. The complex was small with 5 rooms, so the hosts were able to give quality service. The room was a good size. Lovely character cave property. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. Such a good vibe.
