Babalao Bungalows has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Nungwi. Amazing resort with a stunning view to the ocean and private pool and so peaceful. The staff all of them but especially Godfrey were very kind to us. The accommodation always provided a private cab, when we needed one. The food in the restaurant was good but not great. I want to say thank you to all the staff for the amazing hospitality and great vacation, definitely coming back.

The property is on the best part of Jambiani, with a wonderful view and color of the ocean ! Alice, the owner, welcome you with a smile and make you confortable ! Welcoming drinks and fruits once you arrived. The room has all facilities and they think about everything (shampoo, conditionner, Cotton bud, cottons), very modern and stylish furniture and the view is so wonderful. The pool is Amazing, they have a cat and if you are lucky you can see George, a colobus monkey who decided to stay here. It is so good value for money and you wish to stay again and again

A Slice of Paradise at Zanzibella Hotel We had the most wonderful stay at Zanzibella Hotel and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness. A special shoutout to Eggla, Ramadan, Josef, Richard and Maureen—along with the rest of the amazing staff—who truly made our days unforgettable with their friendliness and care. Our room was perfect: spacious, clean and the bed—massive and incredibly comfortable. We slept like babies every night. The location is a dream. Right on the beach, in a peaceful and calm setting. The garden is breathtaking, full of colorful flowers and birds singing in the trees—it truly felt like a little paradise. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. Every dish we tried was delicious, but we especially loved the daily “catch of the day” featuring different fresh fish, and the grilled octopus was just mouthwatering. Zanzibella has stolen our hearts, and we already hope to return soon!

The service was exceptional: welcome from the owner, very courteous staff, booking tours was easy and the price was very reasonable, food at the restaurant was delicious. Plus the hotel is literally 20 steps from the beach. Thank you, Peter!

Välibasseini, aia, terrassi ja restoraniga Bahati Sunset Bungalows Michamvi asub Michamvis. Baariga majutusasutus asub Michamvi Kae rannast mõne sammu kaugusel. This was hands down the best place to stay in Zanzibar! I was looking for somewhere quiet to relax with amazing sunset views, and this spot couldn’t have been more perfect. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the chef even taught me some Swahili! The staff were incredible: always friendly, attentive, and going out of their way to make sure everything was just right. It’s the little things that really stood out. On my last day, I had a late-night flight and was going to miss breakfast. Without me even asking, they packed one up for me to take on my trip. That kind of thoughtfulness says everything about how much they care for their guests. I’d 100% recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat if I get the chance to visit Zanzibar again!

Butiikhotell Dhow Beach asub Nungwis, kõigest mõne sammu kaugusel Nungwi rannast. Kohapeal on aed, mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud toad, tasuta WiFi-ühendus kogu majutusasutuses ja erarand. The hotel is really beautiful. It is brand new (they opened in December 24), so everything in the rooms works and is new as well. The hotel is a bit away from the busy tourist center (about 15 min walk on the beach) but there are nice bars and restaurants in the area as well. Every night kids come out to play soccer on the beach and with the lights it‘s just magical. The team is so kind, we were very happy to stay here! Prices are fair as well, the fish is always fresh (you can see the fisherman bringing it every morning) and the team can help you with everything. We would love to stay here again.

Set in Nungwi, 200 metres from Nungwi Beach, African Bungalows offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. They care about everything, great hospitality and a warm welcome. We felt like home, especially thanks to Evangelina and the kind owners. Everything was perfect, and we’ll come again!"
