Everything was great from a warm welcome to beautiful and spotless facility. It looks and feels much better than what the pictures convey. It was a very welcomed surprise. I wish we had more time to spend here. But if ever again in the area - this is where we'll stay.

Riu Plaza Chicago er staðsett á hrífandi stað í miðbæ Chicago og býður upp á heilsuræktarstöð, ókeypis WiFi og bar. Friendly staff at frontdesk (Especially Yudit), staff at breakfast very helpful, and cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good and refills were made promptly.
