The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long journey. The location is perfect, with all the main historical sites just a short walk away. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again.

We like the accommodation and the friendly staffs. The location was easily accessible to the city and train station. . Very nice hotel. The rooms are kept very cleaned.They are all ready to help us with the tour guide. Breakfast was great. The security staff Nurali was very helpful and make sure that we are well looked after. Aziza and Javokhir were on the customer service desk and very sociable and ready to accommodate us. We really appreciate all their help.

I had a dysfunctional TV and he came and replaced it with a new TV. On top of that, my flight departure to Doha was at 0320am, I have earlier asked to book a hotel taxi because I ran out of SUMS (and could only pay with USD), Bilal took to liberty to pay for my Yandex as it was far more cheaper than hotel taxi, and that is not all, he packed for me breakfast consisting of a sandwich, yogurt and water. On top of that he sent me a message if I have reached the airport safely. Such a lovely and hospitable hotel staff that went over and beyond such great hospitality. He deserves a raise!!! Thank you.
