Niente da eccepire: staff super professionale e disponibile, camera e bagno grandi, letto comodo, tutto pulitissimo. Situato in centro rispetto alla parte nuova e più vivace di Tashkent, di fronte a una piazza molto attiva con un grande centro commerciale di fronte e con intrattenimento serale e spettacoli di fontane luminose. Hotel assolutamente coerente con le stelle. Disponibili servizi vari, inclusa la sauna. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

The staff was very gentle and helpful, they prepared a takeaway breakfast as our flight was early in the morning. Also Andrey went an extra mile and accepted to take our postcards to the post office. Whether you want to explore museums, mosques, old markets, or cultural landmarks, everything is very close and easily accessible. Room: The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It was equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. Service: What really made my stay special was the reception staff. They were outstanding — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like visiting friends.

Camera pulitissima La gentilezza della proprietaria sicuramente fa la differenza! Non parla inglese ma siamo comunque riusciti a comunicare. Ti senti a casa, una bellissima esperienza!

The spa and gym seem to still be developing, but you can get all you need from what's there. Friendly and helpful staff with a keen interest in improving their service.
