The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional—everything was spotless and well-maintained, making my stay extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly cooperative, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. A special mention to receptionist Abbas, who was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommend Garnet Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

I received a message from the hotel with lots of useful information, which was very helpful! We enjoyed a lot our stay, specially the kids, when they saw how much space there was in the room. It was very spacious! - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Very good breakfast (bread, breakfast cereals, nuts, vegetables, fruits, hot foods...) - Water fountain at the reception - It was possible to withdraw money in at the reception, which was very convenient. - Although the hotel isn't near the main attractions, there´s a metro station nearby and it's very easy to go everywhere by metro.

Staff was excellent (thank you Jamal for helping me with my luggage, receptionist, and the restaurant host and staff were very cordial). The room was immaculate with all necessities and the bed was very comfortable (I almost overslept and missed my train :))

Camera pulitissima La gentilezza della proprietaria sicuramente fa la differenza! Non parla inglese ma siamo comunque riusciti a comunicare. Ti senti a casa, una bellissima esperienza!
