The hotel staff was AMAZING, helping us with dinner arrangements and breakfast recommendations, and connecting us with a trusted driver to take us to Colonia Tovar the following day. I cannot remember receiving better service at a hotel, even at many times the price we paid here.

The hotel grounds are surrounded by a beautiful garden. Clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Large and tasty breakfasts. Hot water available. Non-Venezuelan guests must pay in cash. Shops and marinas nearby where you can rent boats to Cayos, I recommend Agua Salobre marina for the best prices and proximity.
