Overall, the experience was a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

Despite of many places in Vietnam staff speaks very well english. The location of hotel is perfect just at old town and not busy area. Breakfast is fair enough open buffet with all needed. An Italian chef managing Italian restaurant is attached to the hotel. Pizzas are wood oven made and Neapolitan. Spa was good and competitive priced. Rooms are having all you need.
