I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.

See pereettevõttena tegutsev hotell asub oma nime kandva Mount Vaea jalamil, Apia kesklinnast 950 meetri kaugusel. Location was good. Rooms were clean and a good size. The complimentary breakfast was good and different every morning. Lupe was super nice and helpful.

Hotell The White House asub Apias, Palolo Deep Beachist 2,7 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on restoran ja tasuta eraparkla. Majutusasutuses on ka toateenindus ja pakihoid. The property was very clean and organised well and the staff were incredible friendly

Hotell Taufusi asub Apias, Palolo Deepi rannast 2,8 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on spaa- ja tervisekeskus ning tasuta eraparkla. Rooms were so nice and comfortable. Everything looks brand new! Location and shops in the same Plaza and nearby makes it even better! The best experience for me in Samoa! Will totally recommend to anyone traveling there!

Apias asuval hotellil Lava on välibassein, aed, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Neljatärnihotelli igast toast avaneb vaade linnale. Külalised saavad nautida restorani ja baari kasutamist. Great service, great food, good coffee, clean and well-prepped room, great location! I would 100% stay again
