My sister and I loved everything about this place. It certainly met our requirements. The Staff were very professional and accommodating and were able to offer expert advice, which we certainly appreciated!

Offering a restaurant and a recently renewed turtle-shaped swimming pool, Hotel Millenia Samoa is just 5 minutes’ walk from Palolo Deep where you can go snorkelling. - The staff was by far the highlight of our stay, so very welcoming with smiley faces. Nothing was too much for them. They accommodated our every need and more. - Bar/Music - Beachfront - Local Attractions - within walking distance to shops, market and dining places - spacious rooms

Excellent, cannot ask for more. Bathroom was lovely, hot showers were very welcome. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The flush on the toilet was slightly damaged but no inconvenience. Jade went out of her way to help us when our car hire company did not have anything available despite our reservation, and found us a car so we were able to see the island. A saving grace for us!

Hotell Alec's asub Apias Upolu piirkonnas, Palolo Deep Beachist 2,8 km kaugusel. Selles kolmetärnihotellis pakutakse concierge-teenust. I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location was very central and walking distance to the main hospital.

Set on 15 acres of tropical gardens, Tanoa Tusitala Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms just 400 metres from Apia’s waterfront. Each room includes a spacious bathroom, cable TV and a patio or balcony. Absolutely stunning hotel. Rooms were fantastic, beds massive and the balcony was an added bonus. Layout and decor of the hotel was equally grand - by far the best I saw in Samoa. Facilities exceptional. Location great. My personal highlight was seeing the Fia Fia dancing.

See pereettevõttena tegutsev hotell asub oma nime kandva Mount Vaea jalamil, Apia kesklinnast 950 meetri kaugusel. We had an amazing stay at Vaea Hotel. The owners were really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was a big bonus. Probably one of the best places we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Samoa. Definitely recommend to others!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.
