Located at the base of its namesake Mount Vaea, this family-run hotel is 950 metres from Apia's town centre. Location was good. Rooms were clean and a good size. The complimentary breakfast was good and different every morning. Lupe was super nice and helpful.

Set on 15 acres of tropical gardens, Tanoa Tusitala Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms just 400 metres from Apia’s waterfront. Each room includes a spacious bathroom, cable TV and a patio or balcony. My recent stay at Tanoa Tusitala hotel in Apia exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Despite my early morning arrival, they accommodated me with a seamless check-in process, which was incredibly helpful after a long flight. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of work. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing key business areas and local attractions during my downtime. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for dining options, they were always willing to assist with a smile. Overall, Tanoa Tusitala hotel is the perfect choice for business travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it and will certainly be returning on my next visit to Apia.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience.
