The staff were super hospitable and accommodating helping me with my bags and making sure I was comfortable. The location was excellent near too many restaurants and scenic views of Prizren, Kosovo. I also had private parking offered by the hotel and free breakfast which was at the nearby local restaurant. The balcony and fast working heater made things even more comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The sauna and ice bath were great for relaxation after exploring. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, yet close to main attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and quality!

Hotel is very clean, owner is so friendly, great communication with all of them. We loved breakfast as well. We will book this place for next coming for sure!

I recently stayed at Margo Hotel in Prishtina, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel's facilities were modern and comfortable, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service I received from the staff, especially the receptionist, Donica. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Thank you, Donica, and the entire team at Margo Hotel for such a wonderful stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prishtina.

The 5-star hotel experience for a fraction of the price. This hotel was in a great location, had extremely helpful staff and overall was very fancy. The best breakfast in all of Kosovo. The pool and relaxation area were also great.
