I recently stayed at Margo Hotel in Prishtina, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel's facilities were modern and comfortable, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service I received from the staff, especially the receptionist, Donica. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Thank you, Donica, and the entire team at Margo Hotel for such a wonderful stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prishtina.

Mercure Prishtina City er 4 stjörnu gististaður í Pristína, 1,8 km frá Newborn-minnisvarðanum og 2,7 km frá Skanderbeg-styttunni í Pristína. I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Pristina Hotel. The staff were friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The sauna and ice bath were great for relaxation after exploring. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, yet close to main attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and quality!

The staff were super hospitable and accommodating helping me with my bags and making sure I was comfortable. The location was excellent near too many restaurants and scenic views of Prizren, Kosovo. I also had private parking offered by the hotel and free breakfast which was at the nearby local restaurant. The balcony and fast working heater made things even more comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The suite was great and spacious. Only thing the hot tub was great option but would’ve been better if placed better. Overall, we loved the stay and the staff are super friendly and accommodating!
