The extra charge for additional drinks and items was a little strange and a new concept for us ..but I do understand it´s all about cost control ..so not a real problem after all. The staff ..view and whole package was amazing. Invited my friends for breakfast ..they live in CPT ..and were suitabley impressed. Keep up the good work and I will be booking the whole family villa for my birthday in a few years

The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were always ready to assist with any request or inquiry, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my time at the hotel. One of the highlights of this hotel was its serene and tranquil ambiance. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The surroundings were peaceful, allowing for moments of reflection and contemplation. El hotel es un precioso conjunto de casas, con sus calles, sus fuentes sus piscinas situado en el centro de Graaff-Reinet, pero convenientemente aislado. Las habitaciones que nos dieron eran de revista. Quizás un poco justas de tamaño, aunque ahí también residía su encanto. El servicio en general fue excelente y el personal muy amable. El desayuno fenomenal. El restaurante es una estancia magnífica, aunque la cena fue un poco decepcionante. Seguramente porque nuestras expectativas eran demasiado altas. En cualquier caso merece la pena alojarse en este hotel, e incluso hacer kilómetros para estar en él. Volvería sin duda.
