Enjoy a cocktail while watching an elephant splash in the water hole, learn about the hotels animal conservation efforts at the Vulture restaurant experience, be entertained by a family of monkeys on your balcony. The food and cocktails were superb. The staff made you feel comfortable and went the extra mile to take care of you. The facility was spotless and ample security. I am a senior female solo traveler and never questioned safety. I wish I would have stayed longer. Shout out to Emmanuel my porter who took extra care during my entire stay to make sure it was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent, made with great care and lots of love, it seemed. The location was good for being close to CBD but had a bit of a lonely environment. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. All the rooms face a garden courtyard area in the center. The rooms were comfortable and large. We absolutely loved the staff! They were always friendly and helpful. When our flight was moved, we almost had to cancel a helicopter ride. But the staff helped us work with the helicopter company and rearrange things so we could still go. We ate in the restaurant each evening. The food was really good and… Once again… The staff were there to chat and laugh with.

Located within an 2 km of the Victoria Falls, Ilala Lodge Hotel is a family-run hotel set in expansive gardens. Great location very close to Victoria falls (probably the closest you can get). Nice and space, but not super modern rooms. Nice food and great drinks. Perfect service
