They anticipated my every need, from providing free airport transfers to offering a variety of complimentary beverages (house wine, coffee, tea) and snacks (cookies - cupcakes - nuts). The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The spacious, clean room even included a walk-in closet. The experience was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. To top it off, the spa treatments were top-notch

From the minute you set foot on the property, every staff member, from the front desk personnel to the gardeners to the housekeepers, greet you with a genuinely hospitable smile. Spacious room with a superb shower (much appreciated after a 10-day mobile safari), the grounds are beautifully manicured and the entire layout very impressive.

Situated in Victoria Falls, within 5 km of the Victoria Falls Bridge, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge offers 4-star accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a bar. The suite was incredible, so much room and a beautiful mural. Plus the view down to the watering hole. The staff was there to help at every tiny request. Wish I had more time to spend there

Located within an 2 km of the Victoria Falls, Ilala Lodge Hotel is a family-run hotel set in expansive gardens. Very good, service location and staff helpful and friendly

Located in Victoria Falls, 5.6 km from Victoria Falls, Kasambabezi Lodge provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This hotel is beautiful and quiet. All the rooms face a garden courtyard area in the center. The rooms were comfortable and large. We absolutely loved the staff! They were always friendly and helpful. When our flight was moved, we almost had to cancel a helicopter ride. But the staff helped us work with the helicopter company and rearrange things so we could still go. We ate in the restaurant each evening. The food was really good and… Once again… The staff were there to chat and laugh with.
