We had a suite overlooking the waterhole. This simply makes the whole experience of feeling you are in Africa. We saw an elephant, buffalo, impala, warthogs and kudu just sitting on our balcony. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom spacious with a large shower with powerful water pressure. Comfy sofas and chair downstairs. Bar fridge with beer, wine and soft drinks refilled daily. The staff here are outstanding. Helpful smiling faces wherever you go. Restaurant and bar service staff were very attentive and always available. Breakfast was plentiful and great standard. We loved the Buffalo bar for drinks and dinner, watching the sunset. Pool deck is great, overlooking the waterhole. Nice pool and great for cooling off. We travel a lot and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in around the world. Highly recommend it.

From the moment I was picked up at the airport, my stay here was exceptional. I felt genuinely welcomed by everyone — the receptionist, the staff, the waiters, and even the chef, who personally made sure I was happy with my meals. The waiters were always attentive. All the staff had great local recommendations. Meeting the owners in person made the experience even more special. Their warm hospitality created an atmosphere that made me feel like home. It’s a place I will be coming back to. I can’t recommend it enough!
