Very nice! The hotel is kept clean and comfortable. The breakfast is so good for us, anyway, we recommend the hotel.

The ambiance is very Italian and the hotel with its restaurants are very beautiful. The staff is professional and nice. The hotel is smack in the center of Lugano. The rooms could be made more charming to match the restaurants, although they work well.

Set amidst a peaceful garden on top of the Collina d´Oro Hill, the Park Hotel Principe offers a heated outdoor pool and 2 tennis courts.

Everything from the Hotel was perfect. I stayed here with my daughter and grandchildren, they had such fun in the pool, great that there was games, toys for them to play with. Food was lovely, friendly staff.

The location is very good, in the center of Arosio. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is good.

I usually do not take part to business evaluations; however, this time, I feel the urge to testify. I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again. The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service. I would definetly come back to this hotel if I have the opportunity again

The kindness of the staff, very clean property. We appreciate very much the owner that she gave us a warmer room (more expensive that the room we booked) at the same price.
