Apartment was nice and spacious and heated up nicely. It was very clean and had a washer. Staff was lovely and let me hold my bag in the luggage room downstairs until midnight on checkout day. Easy access to get in with the code. If you take the airport shuttle there is the Shandwick stop 4 min away.

We had stayed before so knew we wanted to stay here again but longer as it is amazing. The rooms are so so spacious and the staff are so lovely. The location is great, right near Dean's Village and a comfortable walk to the castle and Old Town. We loved the bakery order (they even had a GF option) and the little shop We highly recommend staying her if you are visiting Edinburgh

The interior designer/decorator of this gorgeous hotel is brilliant. The lush textures, the thoughtful touches, rich colors and color palettes, the coziness, quiet luxury and beauty of each room and area was just perfection. You wanted to just melt into a velvet chair or take tea next to the huge windows overlooking the city or read a book on a plush sofa in some cozy corner. Beautiful.
