The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking down to the William Wallace bar on multiple night and enjoyed chatting with the owner Robert. Checking and check out were easy! Gorgeous building stunning decor throughout the hotel clean and tidy we had a walk round the hotel and there’s lots of history bits around the premises food was amazing we booked dinner bed and breakfast and couldn’t fault anything they even made my hubby his poached eggs which is a staple for him if we book away also adhered to the request to make it romantic and upon arrival there was rose petals in a heart and chocolates and a birthday card for the husband was a lovely touch
