The restaurant is outstanding with a warm, inviting atmosphere and excellent food and drinks. The staff - especially John - were extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our dinner a truly delightful experience. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The location is unbeatable, the hotel and rooms were even more charming than the photos let on, and the staff were the most hospitable and friendly we’ve ever encountered in all our travels. We had a phenomenal time in Killarney thanks to the Arbutus hotel & staff. While it’s pretty much in the middle of town, when you’re in the property you feel that you’re on your own château. The interior design is so lovely, the staff are so professional, Reasonable prices in the restaurant.
What a service for breakfast! I can say it's one of the best I ever seen, it's a top tier hotel but just a little extraordinary copy!
The Arbutus room is stunning, go for it if you can for sure!
We also liked complimentary 2 little bottles of Prosecco in the fridge

This is a warm, cosy and very welcoming boutique hotel. The decor (Art Deco Style) in the main areas is just gorgeous! 😍
Our bedroom was also beautifully decorated. A luxurious bathroom with a fabulous shower.
Breakfast was delicious and the service is fantastic. Everything is brought to your table so you can totally relax and enjoy the experience. We also dined in the bar and again, tasty food and the staff cannot do enough for their guests!
A 4 star hotel with 5 star service. ❤️💕

The receptionist was the nicest lady we have ever met ,she is an absolute credit to the hotel :)absolutely fantastic at her job ,you know she loved her job too:)I'm so sorry I can't remember the lovely lady's name .The hotel was absolutely stunning, decor is so fabulous :)breakfast was gorgeous:)Rooms were so stylish loved all the little touches ,like the chocolates and pillow spray :)The jacuzzi bath was amazing :)we will definitely be back :)
