United StatesThe location is on a side road a few miles from Pietrasanta city center. You can walk to a nearby church, where a steep hiking trail goes up a mountain past hillside olive groves and small houses. Pietrasanta is a beautiful town with many restaurants, historic sites and upscale shops, plus the beaches are only a few miles farther. The B&B is a converted house and the conversion was done tastefully; believe there are three guest rooms. Our room was large and beautiful, with a window overlooking the pool. The bathroom was spacious as well. The pool and back yard are small but very nice, with plantings and a wall forming the border. In one direction, you can see a small town on a mountaintop in the distance. I swam multiple times during our three-night stay. The breakfast hostess was very nice, and they kindly let me keep a few items in the refrigerator during our visit. Breakfast was served outside in a lovely sitting area during our stay (late October). It's a very informal place, which I like.

We loved the hotel, gorgeous pool and lovely staff. We took the bikes out one day and that was fun.
I would definitely stay there again; loved the art-deco style and there was something quaint about the place… got to know who was who around the pool as it’s a small and intimate hotel. We were going to the opera festival and a private bus stopped very close to the hotel which was a big bonus.

Beautiful old Italian villa. Perfect location set back from the beach. Lovely small little pool to cool off in the evenings. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also had a stunning little terrace which was the icing on the cake.

Special Thanks to Agnese for fixing an initial misunderstanding in the reservation
Also thanks to the restaurant staff, from breakfast to Lunch and dinner the food was always very good
