Absolutely amazing hotel. We stayed in a beachfront suite and the room was excellent. The staff were exceptional and provided a fantastic service. The best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. Evening food was also delicious! Luxury in every way.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hansar Samui Resort & Spa and had a really enjoyable and relaxing time. The service stood out as one of the best we’ve experienced—staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The location was great: quiet and peaceful, but also close to local shops and cafés, which we could easily reach on foot. The hotel’s direct beach access was a big plus and made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. We spent most of our time just enjoying the hotel itself, as it had everything we needed to relax. We ate all our meals at the hotel—both in the restaurant and through room service—and the food was consistently very good. We also tried a few drinks from the bar and really liked them. Our room had large windows, which gave us plenty of natural light and some lovely views of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. One of the highlights for us was the spa, where we had a fantastic foot massage that we’d definitely recommend. Since we stayed several days, we also used the laundry service, which was convenient and well-handled. Throughout our stay, we noticed and appreciated the high standard of cleanliness—both in our room and around the hotel. Overall, Hansar Samui was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, and we’d be happy to return on a future trip to Koh Samui.

My favorite thing in the property was the Manager Mr. Super Orcharot (aka-Poom). Our first room was great. However, we found out there were other rooms that had a private infinity pool. We talked to Poom helped us upgrade our room. From that point on, Poom made sure that we had everything we needed. The staff was great and accommodated us and made sure we had rides and even scheduled pick up for us. The staff also had a great knowledge of the area and recommended excellent restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with a great view. Staff are friendly and helpful and service was good. The pool, bar and restaurant have a great view and perfect for spending the day relaxing, soaking up the sun and enjoying the view over the bay. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good coffee. Properly is up on the hill with a great view, rent a scooter which you will need to get around in Koh Samui and makes it easy to get to the hotel. Scooter hire is available from reception which is convenient
