We loved everything about it! They greeted us in English and were so very friendly! We had rooms with balconies and the views are spectacular! We ate lunch and breakfast here. Everything we had was beautiful in presentation and delicious. We left our car parked at the hotel and were able to walk comfortably to all the main sites. We highly recommend this hotel and its staff!

The hospitality of the owners is just unprecedented. The food was delicious, the location is perfect (it's right INSIDE of the Berat castle). I will return, we simply loved it there.

The buffet and à la cart breakfasts were excellent . Our 2 day stay could not be improved upon. Would highly recommend this property.
