Landhaus Fay B&B er rekið af enskri fjölskyldu og er staðsett í þorpinu Perneck, 3 km frá Bad Ischl og nærliggjandi vötnum í miðbæ Salzkammergut-svæðisins. We had such a lovely stay! The house is very cozy and comfortable, with beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The owners were so kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. We would love to come back!

Hotel Garni Anzengruber er aðeins 100 metrum frá ströndinni og býður upp á útsýni yfir Wolfgang-vatn. The hotel is beautifully and centrally located with a view over Wolfgangsee. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The host is very welcoming and gave us great suggestions for activities. We really liked the atmosphere at the hotel too — it felt very homely and personal, unlike big chain hotels. We also really enjoyed the private lakeside garden, which was a perfect spot for sunbathing and taking a refreshing dip in the lake.

Located in a quiet bay right at the shore of Lake Wolfgang, the 4-star superior Cortisen is the first boutique hotel in the Salzkammergut region. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. Management and staff super friendly, made us feel at home once we entered the lobby. They did everything they could to help and advise. Great 25m indoor pool and spacious gym. Very nice dining room with great breakfast.

The Hotel Weisser Hirsch is an oasis of relaxation in the heart of St. Wolfgang, directly on the shores of Lake Wolfgang. It offers a private lake access and free Wi-Fi. Excellent Hotel - Great Food, Great Location and very clean upgraded facilities with a great staff. The hotel is right by the water and exceeded our expectations !

Free WiFi, an indoor swimming pool, a steam bath, and a sauna is provided at Dormio Resort Obertraun, 300 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. Nice place to stay near to hallstat. Everything was good and we enjoyed staying here.

Pension Bergfried is located in Hallstatt, 150 metres from the shore of Lake Hallstatt. It offers functionally furnished rooms, some with a balcony. One of the best decisions we made for our Hallstatt-visit, was booking accommodation at Pension Bergfried. It is located at Hallstatt-Lane, just out of the busy part of the village, but close enough to stroll everywhere - even walking from the ferry-harbour with all of our luggage was not that difficult! The reception-staff were very welcoming and friendly and Anke, our host, super - what a fine lady! Our room (see note below), was bright and clean, decorated minimalistic (which I prefer) but tasteful. Bedding and linen perfect and crisp. The breakfast served in a beautiful spacious dining-room, was superb! Would love to come back one day, or if not, recommend it strongly to stay here.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. The location is the center of the city. Our room has view on the city square, church, mountain and the lake !! Also the host was very helpful and caring when my wife was feeling cold she provided extra heater to our room to make it extra warmer. It was a nice gesture, thank you !

A 5-minute walk from the centre of Sankt Wolfgang, Strandhotel Margaretha offers a private beach on the shore of Lake Wolfgang, a lakeside terrace, a bar, a sauna, and a relaxation room. The location and the staff. Great people.
