Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. Amazing hotel, so far the best accomodation on our cycling trip. It's very relaxing, clean, misterious and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. Really didn't want to leave.

Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. The property was really well maintained with great facilities. The owners of accommodation were very hands on and had great values They were very knowledgeable about food and wine which made the stay an experience and enjoyable. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious!!

It has its own charm with the decoration and paintings, we absolutely loved it! The breakfast is freshly made by the owner, Heidi. It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. The staff was amazing and professional and very helpful. A spacious room with all the facilities. Really recommend!!

Located 600 metres below Melk Abbey, which belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage, Hotel Stadt Melk offers free WiFi and parking, and newspapers. Free parking . Convenient location - in town and walking distance to Melk monastery . Gentleman who checked us in was also very helpful and friendly .

Offering direct views of the magnificent Melk Abbey, Hotel Restaurant zur Post welcomes you right in the centre of Melk. One of the best hotel experiences so far in Austria. The location is perfect, room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing with a big selection. The staff was super kind, friendly and helpful. It is really nice that they have a garage which you can use with no charge. Highly recommended.

A traditional Viennese-style café in a 16th-century building in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Melk, Madar Café Restaurant zum Fürsten is only 500 metres from Melk Abbey. Lovely room with its own hall between the bedroom and the bathroom. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel couldn't be better located. 5 minutes walk from the train station. The restaurant also has a big choice of good food for reasonable prices.
