A very cozy boutique hotel across the Albertina and just a few steps away from the Opera House, shopping strip and restaurants. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. A shout-out to the Filipino staff who always went above and beyond.

Spiess&Spiess is located next to a subway station on the Orange line, a few stops away from the downtown of Vienna, in a nice and quiet part of the City. The hotel is very clean and generous with supplements - like carbonated water, coffee, teas provided for free and around the clock. The breakfast is excellent.

The hospitality throughout was outstanding — from the warm, attentive reception team who made us feel welcome from the start, to the exceptional restaurant staff who impressed us with their friendly service and professionalism. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city yet calm and relaxing. Our room was beautifully appointed, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Every part of the service reflected genuine care and high standards. A hotel that really knows how to make guests feel valued — highly recommended.
