Hotel Föhrenhof se nachází v poklidné lokalitě u lesa v obci Farchant, jen 3 km od Garmisch-Partenkirchenu, a nabízí sluneční terasu a zahradu s krásným výhledem na hory Zugspitz a Wetterstein. Lovely staff. We had a warm welcome in the early afternoon with a Schnitzel sandwich. Room was extremely spacious and had a lovely view on the mountains. Beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was great as well: eggs, yoghurt, quark and many different kinds of bread, fruit, meat and vegetables.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. Vynikající kuchyně s velmi zajímavými kombinacemi použitých surovin pro jednotlivá jídla. Jídla byla přímo delikatesní. Krásná lokalita. Featuring a modern spa area, an indoor pool and views of the Bavarian Alps, this family-run garni hotel is located just 10 km from the German border with Austria. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Tento hotel stojí naproti vlakovému nádraží Garmisch-Partenkirchen a zubačky na Zugspitze. Great breakfast provided. The location is right next to the train and bus stations. The room was comfortable, and the balcony views were amazing.
