The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming. The view was amazing. Good location, very close to the train station.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. The hotel is perfect with it's whole organisation to feel comfortable and welcomed.

Offering mountain views, a wellness centre (adults only) and 2 restaurants and free WiFi, this modern-style hotel is set in the hills above Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We loved the beautiful mountain setting.

Featuring a modern spa area, an indoor pool and views of the Bavarian Alps, this family-run garni hotel is located just 10 km from the German border with Austria. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

This hotel stands opposite Garmisch-Partenkirchen Train Station and the Zugspitze Mountain Railway. It offers free Wi-Fi in the lobby, German cuisine and Alpine-style rooms with solid wood furniture. Definitely 10/10 for me. The interior is a bit old-school, but very cozy, perfectly clean and comfortable. Two steps from the station, close to old Garmisch and other points like Bahn station to Zugspitze, hiking trails start points, as well as grocery stores also nearby. Breakfast is beyond praise.

Good location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved the unexpected balcony with a view of the alps. Complimentary minibar was a bonus.

Þetta fjölskyldurekna hótel er í aðeins 2 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Oberammergau-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á fallega garðverönd, morgunverðarsal og ókeypis bílastæði á staðnum. We appreciated a lot the cleaniness of the room and the kindness of the hosts. The locatiin was great, close to the center of the city and also close to the slopes.
