The hostess made sure we were comfortable and we got an upgrade to water view, so we could watch the sunrise. All the shops and restaurants are just outside along the boardwalk. Peaceful and quiet all night. We highly recommend staying here.

I felt very welcomed during my stay by the friendly and generous hosts, who looked after me very well. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a, luxurious, king-sized bed and large balcony. The breakfast was also very good. The place itself is also very interesting with lots of art and collections of artifacts. It is a bit like a museum. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and highly recommend it. Narooma itself is a lovely place to visit and the highlight for me were the sea lions who you can see up-close on the Seal Rocks at the entrance to the inlet. You can also go snrokelling or scuba diving with sea lions with https://montagueislandtours.com.au/ That by itself is an amazing experience.

Set alongside a private lake and manicured gardens, Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay features Briars restaurant, a tennis court and a swimming pool. All rooms have free WiFi. The room was well appointed and we had enough room during our visit. It seems to be a popular location, and there were a large number of guests whilst we were there. There was an issue with the kettle, and the staff were more than happy to change it at short notice.
