Hotel Spalentor is located opposite the Botanic Gardens, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town of Basel and the University, and offers free bicycles, free WiFi, a fitness area and a quiet garden with a... Everything was ok. The breakfast was very tasty, the room was big and very clean and the location was perfect, close to the city centrum.

Newly built in 2014, The Passage in Basel is a centrally located design hotel featuring a sauna, a fitness centre, free WiFi access and air-conditioned rooms. Love this hotel. Third stay. Always a warm welcome from ladies on reception and during breakfast. Excellent stylish, comfortable hotel at a fair price. Easy one stop on bus 30 outside hotel to Basel SBB and on to airport. Perfect overnight stop. Old town Basel just down steps behind hotel.

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available. The room is clean. We received good hospitality from the receptionist and maid.

The Wettstein hotel is located in a central residential quarter of Basel, 200 metres from the Rhine river, and offers you garage parking, free Wi-Fi and a free internet station. Staff were great only thing the room was very hot but a great stay

The Basel Backpack is housed in a renovated historic factory, only 10 minutes from Basel’s main train station. The Basel Mobility Ticket (free public transport) is included in the rates. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and feels safe. Many facilities provided in the bathroom as well as laundry. Staffs are very nice.

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. Rooms are big and clean. Tourist card issued by the hotel was useful.

Hotel Schweizerhof enjoys a preferred location in the centre of Basel, next to the SBB train station and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Local phone calls are free. Great location - 1 minute walk from train station. Great breakfast. Friendly staff

Situated in a historic building in central Basel, Euler Hotel is opposite the SBB Train Station. Guests receive a Mobility Ticket, granting free access to all means of public transport. Super convenient to the train station. The room was very comfortable, and staff were wonderful
