Hotel Spalentor is located opposite the Botanic Gardens, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town of Basel and the University, and offers free bicycles, free WiFi, a fitness area and a quiet garden with a... Very friendly staff. Hotel provided clear instructions beforehand and though along busy streets, it has great soundproofing. Location is excellent, just across the old town. Room is spacious, clean with espresso coffee machine (a big plus) and bed super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nově postavený designový hotel The Passage v centru Basileje nabízí saunu, fitness centrum, bezplatné Wi-Fi a klimatizované pokoje. Vlakové nádraží Basilej SBB je vzdáleno 850 metrů. Velice vstřícná a ochotná recepční po celou dobu pobytu. Vše nám podrobně vysvětlila, odpovídala na naše otázky. Skvělé snídaně !!!!!

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was fine :)

Velmi čistý hotel s příjemným personálem. Je tu možnost nechat si uschovat zavazadla před check in i po check out. Basel card pro hosty zahrnuje nejen dopravu po Basileji zadrma, ale i slevy do muzea. Celkově velká spokojenost a velmi doporučuji! :)

Hostel Basel Backpack sídlí ve zrekonstruované historické továrně, pouhých 10 minut od hlavního vlakového nádraží v Basileji. Very nice staff. Free luggage storage and free card for the city public transport ( which is expensive there so big plus) . Good location close to the train station (recommend you if you have more time to check out Liechtenstein ) . The rooms are clean and the beds are spacious ( really spacious it can even fit three people). There is shared kitchen with is plus if you have time to cook.

They offered a bottle of prosecco for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Helped with the charge for our parking when we forgot the key and had to leave it 2 nights!

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. Rooms are big and clean. Tourist card issued by the hotel was useful.

Situated in a historic building in central Basel, Euler Hotel is opposite the SBB Train Station. Guests receive a Mobility Ticket, granting free access to all means of public transport. The location was within walking distance to the train station & coffee shops.

The Hotel Krafft Basel and restaurant can be found in the heart of the city, right on the bank of the Rhine river with its Mediterranean-style promenade. What was not to like. Excellent location on the banks of the Rhein. Great communication beforehand, which made getting to the hotel to from the airport very easy. Staff were all super friendly and couldn't help enough with any issues or questions. Room clean, tidy, comfortable and more than adequate. Breakfast to die for 😍 everything from cereals, fruits, juices, breads, cold meats, cheeses, sausages, hummus, salad, eggs (fantastic egg scrambling machine) and even make your own waffles. Basel was a beautiful city. Interesting to see, everyone very friendly. Eating out was great too. Would thoroughly recommend a trip to Basel and definitely stay at the Krafft Basel Hotel. You will not be disappointed.
