Everything was just wonderful, the decor is stunning and attention to detail in all areas. All the staff were very professional and welcoming, especially the head concierge he really gave us great advice. The temperature in the room was optimum and lovely to be able to open the windows fully for fresh air .

If I ever return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax and enjoy a happy vacation. The breakfast was tasty. It was a great luck for us to catch the room in this hotel on the day of check-in, because we had to stay in this town after staying in the Interlaken hospital.
