Excellent hotel with amazing restaurant and very helpful staff. We would definitely recommend hotel Balm to anyone. Free tourist bus at the front door was an added bonus. .

Beautiful location and very peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing for our top floor attic room. Breakfast was wonderful as was the dining experience. Highly recommend.

Naprosto úžasné, velmi předčilo má očekávání. Měli jsme krásné studio s vybavenou kuchyní, pokoj byl prostorný, design velmi atraktivní, postel s výhledem na romantickou ulici.
