One of the rooms we booked was beyond out expectations but the other was quite small and had a slanted ceiling and we kept hitting our heads..

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. Great hotel with great coustemer service. Staff were very helpfull and do every thing to help us. Spa including julean hotel spa were superb. Great value of money.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. The entire property was amazing! We had a 4th floor suite with a balcony with an incredible view of The Matterhorn. The beds were extremely comfortable. The spa was awesome and included in the rate. The mini bar was nice as was the complimentary water provided. The hotel also provided robes, slippers and a spa bag for your convenience and comfort while enjoying the spa facilities. The staff were great and very friendly. We loved the included breakfast which was a fantastic selection. The smokers lounge was a nice touch and they have a small but great selection of cigars.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Very clean, excellent position for skiers and all travelers, very good breakfast

Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments nabízí apartmány s kompletními hotelovými službami. Toto ubytování bylo navrženo architektem Heinzem Julenem. We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

This Appartment Location is good, very convenient, I gotten 2 bedrooms with tv, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom & WC. Very spaces. More like homely feel than Hotel. Heat bar provided, internet, check in quick and provided early check in too. 2 Bedroom’s balcony able to view Matterhorn mountain with golden shine. Will definitely recommended this to my friends. Walking distance to train station between 10-15min. Rolex, watches retails Shops and groceries Surrounding.

Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Výborná poloha hotelu, excelentní přístup při check in a check out. Pokoj byl velmi luxusně a vkusně vybaven. O hotel je velmi dobře pečováno a je vidět, že práce zde personál baví. Večerní kytara v baru a obrazy ve vlastní galerii umocňují jedinečnost místa.

Hotel Capricorn se nachází na klidném místě ve vesnici Zermatt bez aut. Nabízí nádherný výhled na Matterhorn a bezplatné Wi-Fi připojení na pokoji. The staff is amazing and the view is unique.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Great hotel. Close to the central station to take the train to and from Zermatt. Great to take the Gornegrat train to the slopes. Great value for money, sauna on demand, good breakfast. A bit better than what would I expect from a 3 star hotel.
