They even had a small beautiful surprise for us (birthday card, balloons,toblerone chocolate), because we traveled to Zurich for the 50th birthday of my husband. It was very clean. A large variety of foods in the breakfast buffet. Next to the old city. The photos that was on booking reservation were exactly the same as the reality, so everything fitted to our expectations.

The smallest 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the city centre. 굉장히 친절하고 세심한 서비스가 돋보이는 호텔입니다. 체크인 시 웰컴 드링크 제공해 주고 로비에 사과와 웰컴워터 준비되어 있습니다. 회신도 빠르고 요구 사항도 잘 챙겨줬어요. 생일 기념 여행중이라고 했더니 룸 업그레이드와 함께 풍선,케잌, 웰컴 과일 그리고 손수 쓴 카드까지 준비해 주셔서 뜻깊은 여행이 되었습니다. 턴다운 서비스까지 완벽했고 버블욕조도 좋았어요. 호텔 자체는 완전 신식보다는 잘 관리된 유서깊은 곳이었으나 5성급 답게 서비스는 좋았습니다. Usb선으로 충전 할 곳은 없고 콘센트는 스위스식이라 돼지코 챙기셔야해요. 그렇지만 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 병으로 된 생수와 탄산수까지 여러 병 제공 해주셨고 네스프레소 머신 있어요. 커피 마시고 나갔다 왔더니 턴다운 서비스와 함께 싹 치워주고 커피도 새로 채워주셨습니다.

Alma Hotel enjoys a quiet location in a 19th-century building just 100 metres from Lake Zurich and near several tram and bus stops. Helpful staff and welcoming. I’d pass our high appreciation to the receptionist, who assisted us in getting bus tickets and directions to the city. She facilitated our program and added value to our overall stay experience. Set in a historic building from the 14th century, Boutique Hotel Helmhaus enjoys a central location close to the Grossmünster and Lake Zürich. Staff were amazing and super accommodating. And location is great!

The Small Luxury Hotel Ambassador can be found next to Zurich's opera house and to Lake Zurich, right in the heart of the city. WiFi is available in the entire property free of charge. I stayed in a roomy, sun lit room on the 5th floor. Good selection of pillows to choose from. Impeccably clean. The Front Desk staff are very helpful. Sebastian in particular was very nice.
