The service is of amazing quality, with every attention to the detail from the personalized reception service up to the room cleaning and the employees warmth. We were always positively surprised! Really really top class service. The location is superb, just 20 meters away from the beach, close enough of the busy Av de Las Americas but far enough to be completely quiet during day and night. The exception is a snobish beach bar outside the hotel which insists in loud music from around 16:30 to sunset - but it is quiet during all the rest of the day.

I really enjoyed my stay, even though it was just for one night. The room was very comfortable, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the overall atmosphere, the service, and how thoughtfully everything was arranged for guests. It felt calm, welcoming, and easy to relax. I would happily stay here again.

From the very first minute till the very end the hotel makes you feel special. Everyone is trying to be helpful, so you feel absolutely welcomed here. What I liked the most: 3 heated pools, although we used only Infinite one, fantastic green territory, kin size bed, lots of tea and coffee in the room, breakfasts.

It was absolutely amazing place. Everything was perfect. So clean, private swimming pool heated well - 27C. Perfect equipment in the kitchen. Wasing machine with dryer. Really 5-star place
