Songbirds abound and there are peacocks, swans and ducks as well. The chateau is lovely and we enjoyed the generous and delicious breakfasts. Bernard was the CONSUMMATE host. We loved our stay at this unique atmospheric property ensconced in a green oasis.

The breakfast is fantastic with lots of delicious food. We brought the group tickets for Monet Garden from the owner and this saved us lots of time to get into the Monet Garden.

Honfleur is a quaint seaside fishing village and Frederic’s home is a perfect authentic foil for your stay here

Luciano is an exceptional host - we absolutely loved our stay at his beautiful house. The gardens are lovely, and our little dog enjoyed running around. The breakfast was also perfect, with a delicious omelette prepared fresh by Luciano.

Located in the centre of Bayeux, the Domaine de Bayeux is set in an 18th century house featuring a tree-lined park. This is a stunning property! We stayed in the Orchard rooms that are on the property but not in the main house. The website pictures are totally accurate and even better in person! The grounds are gorgeous! The young ladies at reception were very welcoming and helpful! The location is within walking distance of sites you would want to visit and Normandy beaches are within easy driving distance. We would stay here again and not hesitate in recommending this property!
