The family-run Ambleside Townhouse is situated in Ambleside, 800 metres from Lake Windermere. It offers en suite rooms and a full English breakfast in the morning. Location, our room was comfortable, shower wonderful. Great breakfast and staff friendly. We’ve been here before and will return again

The hotel was lovely and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Good WiFi connection. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious great selection the salmon and scrambled egg especially and the ingredients were to a high quality.
