The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with most attractions within walking distance. It was the perfect place to unwind with a hot chocolate or coffee before heading back to our room. Last but certainly not least, the front desk and customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful. Staff was super kind. I had a long journey and arrived super tired and way too early. Staff made sure I was comfortable until I could get the room, (which I could move in a bit earlier than usual). I had several requests and they helped me with everything I asked for. Staff is knowledged about city attractions, they answered all questions. Hotel is bigger but still cozy and in the middle of the city centre. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
