I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. When it comes to the rooom, I enjoyed the comfy bed and size of the room--fit for a king! The location is also very strategic, located on top of a mall and close to almost everywhere in Surabaya.

It was allowed to book 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only one queen bed. Lovely staff helped to organize the second room for kids on the same floor. Nice view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast with a combination of traditional and European dishes. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym is not big, but enough for a workout with weights and some other equipment. Drinking water is on every floor.

Ibis Styles Malang er staðsett í 3,5 km fjarlægð frá Malang-lestarstöðinni og státar af hálfgerðri útisundlaug og veitingastað. Plenty of food shops, food stalls and fuel station close by. Car hire was walking distance. On main road so easy access and close enough to take a short taxi trip to sites.

Ketapang Indah Hotel er staðsett steinsnar frá Ketapang-ströndinni og státar af stórri útisundlaug ásamt sólarverönd og sólarhringsmóttöku. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði hvarvetna. Beautiful hotel, close to Ijen and Bali crossing. Quite big swimming pool, delicious breakfast, big bathroom with good amenities. Highly recommended

A 10-minute drive from Araya Golf Course, HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Malang boasts 3 outdoor pools, a fitness centre and a restaurant. Free WiFi access is available throughout the building. The place, the staff, the food, the location. This is our 6th or 7th stay at Harris Malang. And we still love this hotel. Harris Malang never failed us :))

The room and washroom was big, neat and clean. The hotel arranged the tour to Tumpak sewu waterfall. The location is very good near the shopping mall.
