The room was comfortable, I also enjoyed the balcony with rocking-chair. Impressive heritage building. The owner was very helpful and gave great advice about sights and restaurants. Located from a short walk from the scenic Candolim Beach, De Mandarin Beach Resort Suites & Villas, Candolim offers an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. Location was great, a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were clean, well appointed and spacious (massive lounge, bedroom, bathroom and balcony). Breakfast was excellent and with really nice coffees too. Restaurant was great with an extensive menu which was very reasonable, the food quality was superb. Staff were amazing with everyone and genuinely happy to help and serve you. Pool area and grounds are very well maintained and well kept. Hotel is very secure.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool, Chalston Beach Resort, this beachfront property is located on the beautiful Calangute Beach. Free WiFi access is available the public areas of this resort. We enjoyed staying at Chalston Beach Resort from the very first day till the last. The territory is superb, boasting various tropical plants and beautiful birds. The staff were always there to help whatever we needed. Cleaning is upon request, we didn't really need it every day, more like once in 2-3 days. But whenever I needed smth like extra beach towels or water or extra small pillows for kids, it was done right away. The restaurant was so good, we didn't want to explore other places. There are classic dishes, so as traditional Indian or Chinese. Live music on weekends. Breakfast is great. You can put yourself anything from the table and order smth extra like omelets or pancakes with no additional cost. Servers are really skilled and attentive. Two swimming pools, so kids had choice. Nice shop Ananas with local authentic stylish clothes and jewelry. Pretty stable and fast wi-fi all over the hotel. The beach is huge and beautiful and pretty clean, compared to some other countries like Thailand. Although sometimes you can actually see some garbage there, there are cleaning people, who go around once in a while. The sunsets are awesome 👌. The owner and his family is usually there and free to talk to. It's a good thing. Today we have returned home and kids already miss the place. Hope we go back someday 🙏!
