The room was very cozy, clean and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. There is parking on site and the location is good. We stayed in a cottage and had the opportunity to cook. There were hot springs at the hotel and after a day of traveling I felt great about making use of them. Breakfast was wonderful and delicious. One of the best we had in Iceland. We will come back if we ever have another opportunity :)

Lovely building that feels like a museum. Don't forget to check out the basement with its antique furniture and radio etc. Comfy beds, good shower, great floorboards and original decor. It wasn't built as a lodge, so noise does penetrate but this is a reflection of the behavior of the guests, nothing else. And no, bed bugs don't exist.
