My family and I had a great stay. The host was really friendly, organized and helpful. They planned everything in advance, and gave us a run down of the things to visit, restaurants, etc. The place was nice and clean, with functional facilities and air conditioning.

The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

I love the place, super clean and spacious. I recommend this apartment, if I gonna go back to florence gonna stay here again and again. I am also thankful for the staff they help us a lot.

Hotel della Signoria is set in the heart of Florence, a few steps from Piazza della Signoria square and Ponte Vecchio bridge. The location was great - the view from the restaurant where I got breakfast was. Fabulous

Only 300 metres from Santa Maria Novella Station in central Florence, Hotel Bencidormi offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with self-adjusting air conditioning. Free luggage storage facilities are available. I stayed here for 3 nights as a solo female traveller. Even before I arrived they were great for contacting me to explain how to check in for a later arrival. The location is fantastic and in a safe area. The owner was so friendly and had great advice on where to visit in Florence! The room was bright and clean. 100% recommend staying here.

The location was incredible, with some of the most stunning views in Tuscany. The food was next level, as was the wine choice. Would come back in a heartbeat.. but NZ is a looooong way to come from! Thanks to everyone that made this trip so special for my family and I. Magic!

Great location, just outside the hustle and bustle of the city but still within walking distance. Super easy parking right in front of the hotel. Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff, up-to-date bathroom and shower, nice food menu and bar. Good breakfast.
