The room at La Residenzza was like in the pictures. Very spacious and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and I personally loved the softness of the towels. Everything was clean and stylish. The little balcony did not disappoint, we loved it. Alberto was very kind and patient with all our questions. He gave us great advice on everything from where to park to where to eat and swim. This apartment is located in the center of Ortigia, everything within walking distance. Breakfast was served at the nice balcony and Anita was really sweet and kind. Breakfast choices go from pastries to ham, cheese and eggs. Good coffee and tea too. We got two bottles of water in the fridge free of charge, a nice welcoming touch. Thanks Alberto and Anita for a great stay! If you have a car, it is not possible to park around as this apartment is in the historical center so you would need to leave the car at one of the car parks (parcheggio Talete) Make sure you do the payment through the app because the machines are a nightmare to use. Alberto will explain everything you need to do with the app.

Large air conditioned spacious sitting and bedroom, a small mini fridge was much appreciated. Comfortable bed and space to hang out our clothes. Furnishings unique and comfortable. Great wonderful hosts. Fabulous breakfasts.

Room with balcony to ghe Duomo square. Great breakfast, large room. Grandeur being restored by the owner, who is upgrading the old building to a modern hotel. I appreciated the personal message with a link to a safe private (valet) parking nearby 200 m distance. (a must in the Syracuse old town centre)

The hotel owner is the best , most amazing hostess. She is meticulous in every detail at the hotel. From the staff to the food, all excellent. Such an amazing breakfast buffet. Location is away from the town of Siracusa , but only a quick 15 minute shuttle ride. Thank you for a lovely and pleasant 3 day stay.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

This boutique hotel is in the centre of Ortigia, near Piazza Duomo. It is set in a historic building with high ceilings and stone walls. Each of the 6 rooms is spacious and unique. Giovanni is a wonderful host, with nothing too much trouble. My room and terrace were large, with great air conditioning. So well located, with everything close by in this stunning part of the world, and his restaurant tips were superb. Great to compare French and Sicilian croissants for breakfast!

Palazzo Artemide - VRetreats is in the heart of Ortigia Island, next to the Cathedral. It offers free lobby Wi-Fi and modern, air-conditioned rooms. Location amazing, rooms lovely and cosy, clean and immaculately finished and finally the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.
