Pension Jokura se nachází v destinaci Hakodate. Goryokaku Park je 6,5 km daleko a Hakodate Goryokaku 6,8 km. Pension Jokura is very warm and welcoming. The couple hosting is lovely and friendly, will make you feel at home. I stayed in a single Japanese room and was perfect, spacious and comfortable. There are shared bathrooms and shower divided for males and females and although the pension was almost full I never had to wait more than a few minutes to use them. There are also 4 shared sinks, more than enough for everyone. The location perhaps it's the only element to check before depending on you plans:the zone is great as it's less than 10mins walking from the main attractions of the city such as red brick building, old town hall or even the mount Hakodate ropeway, but is not too near the station (note I'm referring to the JR station, the shin-Hakodate is far northern and not in the city). There are tram or bus available but worth noting that when I left, the ghost gave me a ride to the station, saving me almost half an hour.

Boasting various hot spring baths, hot tubs and an indoor swimming pool, Daiichi Takimotokan is historic accommodation with Japanese-style guest rooms. Their hot spring area is huge! Feeling extremely great to try outdoor Hot Spring and looking at the snowy view. The hotel included shopping centre, Karaoke room, bars and game rooms. We tried their deluxe meal 和食 at Japanese restaurant 湯之里. Omg! It is the best experience ever! So yummy!!! 😋
