Fukuzumiro features an authentic Japanese atmosphere, natural hot spring baths and traditional Japanese-style rooms with garden or river views. It's a 15-minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Station. Kaiseki and breakfast were delicious, private onsen was very relaxing, serenity of room, futon and blankets were very comfortable. Our attendant was also very patient with us, communicated well in English, and answered all our questions.

It offers a 24-hour reception and free WiFi.... The advantage of being placed away from the elevator is less pinging and people noise is minimal. Spacious room. Cafe-prepped breakfast from an A,B, or C menu was good. Liked how conveniently situated to many restaurants, port sites and JR & Metro stations it is. There was a cool room of washing machines and driers - maybe 8/10, kind-of kitchenette and a relax corner with comics and a couple of chairs with massage pads attached. Never seen this set-up before.

Located in front of Sakuragi-Cho Station, the high-rise Yokohama Washington Hotel offers free WiFi throughout the property, air-conditioned rooms and a restaurant with spectacular bay-side views. I am a repeat patron of this hotel and this chain. I book through an internet site. It's sometimes hit or miss on how nice the room is, but generally very comfortable and a fantastic location. I will stay again in future

Located in the Gora hot-spring area, Merveille Hakone Gora offers spacious Western rooms with a terrace. The private onsen on the patio was great. Only would have been better if it would have been mineral/hot spring water instead of tap. Breakfast was very good as well. Medicinal Tea Bar was a surprise!

Hakone Pax Yoshino is located a 12-minute walk from Hakone Yumoto Train Station and offers indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional multi-course Kaiseki meals. Breakfast was great. We were able to have dinner there as an add on, and the meal was amazing.
