All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Daniel the waiter provided exemplary service at breakfast each morning. The included breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. We enjoyed listening to the live music on Friday and Saturday nights. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Valle de Bravo.

It’s a great place to stay with family or friends. Our room was very big for a couple (and our pug), with walls made out of wood and stone and a tall king bed. The ceiling is also tall with a fan in it plus ac in our room.

I really liked the peaceful atmosphere. As a solo traveler I felt very taken care of and safe. The hotel is in a quiet location and still in short walking distance to the center. The room was tastefully arranged, comfortable, and super clean. Bedding fantastic! Breakfast wonderful. The staff and owner went out of their way to fulfill my extra wishes. I so appreciated their support.
