The room was very nice, clean, and tidy, with a welcoming touch of music playing when I arrived 🎶. The location was perfect for me—just a short walk to the area with all the restaurants and bars 🍽️🍹, yet far enough to be quiet at night. It’s also very close to the ADO Turística bus station 🚍 and the pier for ferries to Cozumel ⛴️. The rooftop pool is small, so you can’t really swim, but it’s open 24/7 and could be refreshing if needed 🌊. I didn’t end up using it very late, but it’s a nice feature. The service was excellent! Clara was very welcoming and provided helpful information before I arrived, and Miguel at reception was super helpful with everything I needed 🙌. Breakfast was very basic, but I didn’t mind—it’s nice to have the option available. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely book here again! 😊🏡

Villas Caracol se nachází v destinaci Ostrov Holbox a má zahradu, soukromou pláž, terasu a bar. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained. Located next to the nicest part of the holbox beach. Rooms are really comfortable, every evening there is a sweet snack in the fridge. Restaurant and beach club and pool are very beautiful. Service is really great, helpful and they remember your preferences and allergies. They are really nice and making your stay very welcoming !

Beautiful location and very friendly staff! Great view of the pool and ocean. Nice having a not crowded beach in front of the hotel but a very short walk over to North Beach. Beds and pillows were super comfy.

Location was ideal - right on a beautiful part of the beach with very little seaweed, a short walk into town and out of the busy hustle and bustle touristy area. Room was big and very clean. Property was very well taken care of and staff were lovely.

The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.
